About this role

CharterUP is seeking a Director of B2B Marketing to report directly to the CEO and President! You will develop marketing strategy in conjunction with the President and CEO, and will then be accountable for all aspects of executing on that strategy (messaging, content, channels, cadences, collateral, case studies, etc.).

What you’ll do

  • Develop marketing strategy alongside CEO and President to attract Enterprise customers into our ecosystem
  • Own content creation such as blog posts, testimonials, case studies, and pain point-based messaging
  • Own content distribution such as blogs, emails, LinkedIn posts, LinkedIn ads, and other social media
  • Use a data-driven approach to optimize campaign performance

What you’ll need

  • Outstanding academic credentials from a top national university, including an M7 MBA program, and standout corporate experience
  • Passion for CharterUP's mission and intellectual curiosity about CharterUP's business
  • Years of experience owning marketing strategy
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Balance of hands-on, creative, and strategic experience

Location

We are fully remote until the pandemic subsides. Post pandemic, employees can continue to work remotely full-time or on a hybrid schedule from one of CharterUP's offices in Atlanta, New York City, San Francisco, or Austin (2-3 times a week in the office during spring and fall; winter and summer fully-remote).
